§ 1 Information about the processing of personal data 

1. In the following we inform you about the processing of personal data when using our website. Personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. "Processing" of personal data means the term as defined in Art. 4 No. 2 GDPR.

§ 2 Your rights 

1. You have the right towards us with regard to the personal data concerning you

• to request information about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR,

• in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you,

• in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately; we are obliged to delete personal data immediately if one of the reasons given in the regulation applies,

• pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to demand a restriction of processing if one of the reasons given in the regulation applies,

• pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning you if the processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR (legitimate interests). We no longer process the personal data following your objection, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,

• in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR to data portability.

2. According to Art. 77 GDPR, you also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

§ 3 Applicants and Candidates

We use your personal data to provide our personnel services. These include recruitment and selection, placement, project placement, payroll, personal development, career counseling, coaching, planning, and human resources and payroll services.

What personal information do we collect from you?

We collect and process personal data about you as an applicant, such as:

• Identification data – we may process your name, contact details (including home address, home and mobile phone number), nationality and country of residence, date of birth, (in exceptional cases) gender, digital signature and languages spoken.

• Resume and other personal information – we may process your resume, work history, information about your skills, experience and educational background and other relevant information (such as your photo, interview results and personal information included in the cover letter or as part of the application). .

• Compensation and Benefits Information - we may process personal data in relation to your current compensation and benefits, including (but not limited to) your current bonus, recurring payments and benefits.

• Performance-Related Information – performance-related information, including (but not limited to) information about your performance reviews from your client or clients with whom you have worked.

• Government-issued identifiers – we may process government-issued identifiers, including (but not limited to) national identity card number, social security number and pension insurance number, where required by law.

• Survey results - we may process your responses to survey questions.

• Information you provide to us - we may process additional personal data if you provide it to us.

• Contracts and invoices – depending on the service you choose as a freelancer, we may process information about the necessary contracts and invoices, including but not limited to bank details.

This data can be collected directly or indirectly from you, for example by e-mail, form, by uploading a CV or by using Facebook or Instagram ("individual application").

Unless we have collected your data directly from you, we will definitely inform you about the purpose and the data sources that we use when we communicate with you in connection with our services (e.g. to draw your attention to a job offer). but within one month from the moment we indirectly received your data. Exceptions are cases in which passing on this information to you would mean a disproportionate effort. In this case, we can take alternative measures to protect your rights and freedoms.

§ 4 With whom do we share your personal data

We may share your personal data with the following parties:

• to customers of those responsible. As part of our services, including recruitment and placement.

• to third parties who provide personnel services (e.g. to payroll service providers).

• to third party marketing-related services providers (e.g. we may store your personal information in a cloud-based CRM application hosted and provided by a third party; e.g. where we engage a third party to organize an event or survey, may we share your personal data with this third party to invite you to this event/survey).

• to providers of professional services (e.g. to our auditors, our tax advisors, our legal advisors).

• to pension funds. 

• to public authorities (e.g. under applicable law, controllers are required to provide personal data to social security authorities and to tax authorities).

• to law enforcement authorities, courts and regulators (e.g. the police may require us to disclose personal data to them in the context of a criminal investigation).

We may also share your personal information with third parties:

• in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets. In that event, we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or asset; or

• if all or a substantial part of our assets are acquired by a third party; in which case the personal data we hold about you may be among the transferred assets.

When we share your personal information as described above, that personal information may be transferred both within and outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). In the event that we transfer your personal data internationally, we will only do so in accordance with applicable law and require that there is an adequate level of protection for your personal data and appropriate security measures are in place.

Your personal data may be transferred from countries within the EEA to countries outside the EEA (e.g. the United States). In such cases, we require that the following security measures are observed:

How we protect your personal data

We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from accidental loss, use, alteration, destruction, disclosure or unauthorized access. § 5 Collection of personal data when visiting our website 

1. If you only use our website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not use a contact form or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security:

• IP address

• Date and time of the request

• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

• Content of the request (specific page)

• Access Status/HTTP Status Code

• amount of data transferred

• Website from which the request comes

• browsers

• Operating system used 

• Browser software language and version.

The aforementioned data is stored in so-called log files on our servers. The collection and temporary storage of the aforementioned data is necessary to enable the display and use of our website on your end device. The storage of the above data in log files serves to ensure the functionality and optimization of our website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. 

Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in the above purposes. The legal basis for the collection and temporary storage of the aforementioned data is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR.

The above data for the provision of our website will be deleted when the respective session has ended. The data in log files will be deleted after seven days at the latest. 

2. In addition to the aforementioned data collection and storage by us, cookies are stored on your end device when you use our website. Cookies are small data sets that are created when you visit a website and are temporarily stored on the user's system. A cookie is primarily used to store information about a user during or after their visit to an online offer. Cookies cannot run programs or transfer viruses to your end device.
