1. In the following we inform you about the processing of personal data when using our website. Personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. "Processing" of personal data means the term as defined in Art. 4 No. 2 GDPR.

We no longer process the personal data following your objection, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,

§ 3 Applicants and Candidates
We use your personal data to provide our personnel services. These include recruitment and selection, placement, project placement, payroll, personal development, career counseling, coaching, planning, and human resources and payroll services.

Unless we have collected your data directly from you, we will definitely inform you about the purpose and the data sources that we use when we communicate with you in connection with our services (e.g. to draw your attention to a job offer). but within one month from the moment we indirectly received your data. Exceptions are cases in which passing on this information to you would mean a disproportionate effort. In this case, we can take alternative measures to protect your rights and freedoms.
§ 4 With whom do we share your personal data
