What Kita-Job stands for
For more than 11 years, we have been bringing early childhood professionals and daycare providers together – with expertise, heart and one clear goal: good daycare centres need good teams.
Under the motto “Achieving more together”, Kita-Job has an international team of educators, recruitment consultants, lawyers and business experts. We know everyday Kita life from our own experience and understand both sides: the staff shortage faced by daycare providers as well as the hurdles that educators from Germany and abroad have to overcome on their way into the profession.
